About Us

Our Story

The Gokana Language and Bible Translation Organization came into existence on the 11^th day of January, 1986 at the Methodist Church Nveeol, Gokana of Rivers State, Nigeria, following a meeting of the Christian Council of Nigeria, Gokana branch, now known as Christian Association of Nigeria (C. A. N), under the able chairmanship of Late Engr. L. T. Domkpee. The body met on that faithful date to discuss some problems of the Christian body in Gokana ….
